Establix started with one person trying to do something that should have been simple: form a US company from outside the United States. On paper it's a few filings. In practice it was a gauntlet — name checks that came back conflicting, an EIN process that assumes you have a Social Security number, a registered-agent requirement nobody explains up front, and a virtual address you need before a bank will even talk to you.

Then came the hard part: banking. Account after account stalled on residency questions and proof-of-address requirements that are difficult to satisfy from abroad. What was supposed to take a week stretched across months of back-and-forth, dead ends, and forms that contradicted each other.

By the time the company was finally standing — certificate sealed, EIN issued, bank account live — one thing was obvious: the difficulty wasn't the work itself. It was that no one was running the work as a single, coordinated process. Every step lived in a different place, with a different vendor, and the founder was the integration layer.

Establix is that missing integration layer, turned into a service. We took the entire path — KYC, name reservation, state filing, EIN, registered agent, virtual address, banking guidance, the full document set, and ongoing compliance — and made it one guided experience with one team accountable for the outcome.
