Formation is a sequence of real filings, applications, and handoffs. We run all six phases for you and surface every one in your dashboard, so you always know exactly where your company stands.

Onboarding & verification

Intake, identity verification, and confirming your company name.

  • We collect your government ID and complete identity verification (KYC) securely — no US residency or SSN required.
  • We confirm your proposed company name against state records and reserve it.
  • We recommend Delaware C-Corp or Wyoming LLC based on what you're building, and lock the plan.

Filing & incorporation

We file with the state and your certificate is issued.

  • We prepare and file your Certificate of Incorporation (Delaware) or Articles of Organization (Wyoming) with the state.
  • We confirm receipt of the stamped, state-returned certificate and record it on your file.
  • We activate your registered agent for the first year in the state of formation.

Tax ID & registrations

Your EIN, plus any registrations you've selected.

  • We prepare and submit your EIN application with the IRS, then record the issued number on your company file.
  • We add any registrations you've selected — D-U-N-S, ITIN assistance, or others — to the same workstream.

Banking & payments

Banking guidance and processor setup, where included.

  • We provision your US virtual business address with mail handling, and assign a US business phone number.
  • We walk you through US banking options and application requirements on a guided call.
  • Where included, we configure Stripe or an alternative processor so you can take payments.

Documents & handover

Final documents delivered, onboarding call, certificate sealed.

  • We generate your bylaws and initial board consent (C-Corp) or operating agreement (LLC) from vetted templates.
  • We compile and deliver your complete formation document set in one organized package.
  • We hold a concierge onboarding call to hand over the company and answer your questions.
  • We seal your certificate and mark the formation complete.

Ongoing compliance

Renewals, annual report, and franchise tax reminders while active.

  • We keep your registered agent and virtual address active, and scan and forward your mail.
  • We track your annual report deadline and coordinate the filing.
  • We remind you ahead of franchise tax due dates — the state fee itself is pass-through.
