Passports, IDs, and other sensitive documents are collected only when required for verification or a specific filing, are transmitted over encrypted connections, and are stored in access-controlled storage. Access is limited to staff and processors who need it to perform the service. We retain these documents only as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted or securely archived.

We use your information to verify your identity, prepare and submit filings, obtain your EIN, arrange your registered agent and address, provide banking and compliance guidance, communicate with you, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

We share information only as needed to deliver the service: with state authorities and the IRS for filings, with registered-agent and address providers, with banks and payment processors where you ask us to assist, and with our licensed CPA partner if you purchase tax filing.
